Modules

The web platform CASSIE-CoRe® is being developed within the scope of this project, using Google Earth Engine technology (Figure 1). This platform will serve as a basis for visualizing and managing information generated by two sets of tools that, despite operating individually, have high interoperability and, as a common purpose, support the management of coastal and marine environments in the face of climate change (Figure 1).

Figure 1. General flowchart of the web platform CASSIE-CoRe®.

This set of tools is subdivided into two groups:

  1. Monitoring and analysis of physical properties of the coastal and marine environment;
  2. Forecasting tools for coastal and marine environment indicators;

The modules that will be used in the execution of this project will be divided into two stages and nine activities, relating to the development of each tool (in the form of individual CASSIE-CoRe® modules). These are individually presented succinctly in the modules tab, as well as the procedures for developing the activities to be carried out so that the objectives and goals proposed in this project are achieved.
